At Paradise Resort on the Gold Coast, I was engaged to produce a suite of 3D visualisations that would guide design decisions and provide stakeholders with a clear, realistic impression of proposed spaces. Using Blender 3D, I modelled both internal and external areas of the resort, focusing on photo-realism to ensure accuracy and impact.
Key areas brought to life included the main entrance and lobby, guest bedrooms, the Penguins Restaurant, and the Oshun Blu adults-only bar and pool precinct. Each space was carefully developed with attention to lighting, materials, and textures, so that staff and stakeholders could clearly see how proposed design elements would work together. The goal was to ensure consistency with the resort’s established family-friendly, coastal identity while also introducing refreshed, contemporary touches.
These mock-ups played a vital role in helping local senior staff communicate their vision to stakeholders. By providing high-quality renders, the team could demonstrate how the look and feel of the resort could be steered in a direction that aligned with the spirit of the Gold Coast. The 3D work not only supported decision-making but also ensured the resort’s brand experience remained cohesive across all guest-facing areas.
